Hi Guys,
OK so for a while now I have been reading beauty and craft blogs on line and wishing to myself that I had the creativity and writing skills to keep people interested and not thinking oh my god what is this girl rambling on about?!
I finally decided that I was going to take the plunge and blog! One of my all time favourite posts to read are peoples monthly favourites and empties. So over the month of June instead of binning everything I used up I popped it into and empty Urban Outfitters bag and waited till I had the guts to sit down and write about them!
Please don't be a hater, as I'm not professing I am a know it all, I am simply sharing my thoughts :). After all I don't take myself seriously so neither should you :).
(my pictures are pretty shoddy but its night time and I used my iphone I will improve I promise!)
Clynol Repair Recovery Conditioner -
Its taken me an absolute age to use this up! I had really high hopes for this product as I use bleach to lighten my naturally blonde hair and I like to keep it in good condition! I believe it cost me around £7 (which I find bluddy expensive for a conditioner) after using it i found my hair was really oily to the point that a couple of hours after washing my hair I had major chip pan head! In the end I used it once a week just on the ends of my hair and left it for 3-4 minutes as a deep condition. This seemed to work well, but I doubt I'll be splashing the cash again anytime soon!
Proclere Professional Blue Frosting Silverising Conditioning Shampoo-
When I was around 15 years old I lost my mind and thought it would be a good idea to dye my lovely blonde locks black! Boy was I wrong. Fast forward to age 18 where I see sense and begin the long and expensive trail back to blonde! During which I was several shades of orange/ginger yellow/blonde and a very very brassy blonde (it was a very traumatic time in which I considered going into hiding several times) my lovely hairdresser introduced me to silver shampoo (which is actually purple). This has been an absolute god send and I have gone through many bottles. I believe I pay around £9 for 2 bottles of this!

Boots Vitamin e Toner-
Another product that has taken me a while to finish. I only really use this as a back up for when I run out of whatever toner I'm using at the time. Its nice and refreshing however the smell puts me off using it as my main toner. It smells a little bit like plasticine :/ which isn't really a smell I want lingering on my face all day. However at £2.54 its always handy to have as a back up!
Temple Spa Be Gone Cleansing Lotion-
I absolutely LOVE this cleanser! It makes my skin feel A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and smells of lavender which is a scent I absolutely adore! However with a price tag of £18 its not something I can justify repurchasing (ultimate sad face) Its definitely something I have to put on my Christmas list and hope for Santa to bring! I have quite sensitive skin and this cleanser is so gentle. It's paraben free and has no artificial colour or fragrance! I cant tell you how much I love this product!
Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash-
This product was a bit of a neutral product for me I don't hate it but I don't love it either and I doubt I'll repurchase it to be honest. It smelt really fruity and did its job however I didn't see any major difference in my skin during break outs.
Tesco Cucumber Cleansing Wipes-
I wanted to love these so much they smell amazing and at 99p for 25 there an absolute bargin! However they made me break out and I found I was having to use 2 or 3 to remove my make up. The also claim to remove waterproof make up but I found myself having to scrub at my eyes which resulted in puffy stinging panda eyes (not attractive).
Marc Jacobs Daisy-
One of my absolute all time favourite scents! I am rubbish at describing scents so I shall copy and paste a description from the debenhams website here..... Daisy features top notes of wild strawberry, violet leaves and ruby red grapefruit. Heart notes of violet, jasmine and gardenia. Base notes of vanilla infusion, musks and white woods. Oh how sad I am about this being all used up :( I shall defiantly be repurchasing this when I go on my holidays in September! It has to be a duty free purchase because at £56 for 100ml I cant justify buying it on a normal shopping trip.
Ahhhh (sigh of relief) first blog post written! I do hope you enjoy and come back for more ramblings soon!
Much Love,
Daisy
