Hi Guys,
I did a post about my milk spot issues I've been having and explained what my doctor advised. (If you'd like to read it, it is ... here) I also told you guys about the new products I had chosen to use, so I thought now I've been using them a week I'd share with you the routine I've been following.
I follow this routine twice a day, morning and night I find it so easy and effortless where as some previous routines would be a little annoying.
Firstly I use the clear skin oil balancing exfoliating wash. I wet my face then squeeze about a 2p size amount of product in to wet hands, rub my hands together until the product begins to lather then massage it into my skin in a circular motion. Then I simply wash off and pat my face dry with a clean towel.
(Night time only) If I've been wearing make up all day I'll use my kind to eyes eye make up remover next, just to make sure I remove any mascara and eyeliner. All I do is take a cotton wool pad with the product on it and gently wipe my eyes from the inner corner outwards.
My next step is the radiance brightening cleansing wipes, these are pretty obvious I take one and wipe over my face and down my neck. I am absolutely loving these wipes, there so refreshing and large wipes meaning one will do my whole face and neck!
Following this I use the kind to skin purifying cleansing lotion. I take a cotton wool ball this time and squeeze a decent sized blob onto my cotton wool (a little larger than a pea I'd say about 2 and half peas sized) ((bad English there)) and rub onto my face using a circular upwards motion. I find the cotton wool ball makes this easier to create this motion.
Next is the kind to skin soothing facial toner this is so refreshing that on the few warm days we've had I've used it to freshen my face up mid day as well as part of my routine. Again I take a cotton wool ball and pour quite a bit of product on to it then I pop this onto my face in circular upward motions. I'm loving this toner!
Finally I use the kind to skin hydrating light moisturiser, using upward and outward motions I apply this to my face and neck. The amount of product I use depends on how my skins feeling that day. I've found I've used around the same as the cleanser as I have really dry skin on my cheeks.
So far I'm loving the Simple range and I'm all ready seeing the benefits of taking my doctors advice and using all one brand. There's so many other Simple products I'm looking forward to trying.
Much Love,
Daisy
